Goodbye Cramps Smoothie Recipe

I’ve been making smoothie bowls in the mornings because one, they're easy and two they’re mad, tasty and filling!


With new lifestyle changes that I made to support my immune system and wellbeing, I've been making sure to get greens and fruits in my daily meal plan.


If you’re on an autoimmune healing journey, you’ll need to be mindful to avoid eating food that causes inflammation. The same applies to you if you’re healing a leaky guy or just trying to be healthier, what you fuel yourself with in the morning is super important.


Breaking your fast in the morning with fruit smoothies is a great way to make sure you get the nutrients you need and it takes the guess work of, what am I gonna eat away?


You can easily add vitamins and supplements inside of your bowls as the taste should camouflage well.


You can also blend down some veggies and place a few dates in it to sweeten the greens up.


I made this smoothie at random and realized that the antioxidants in the fruit gave me relief for menstrual cramps. It's healthy and kicks the pain out. There you go.. Two reasons to give it a try!


So what you wanna do is grab :


  • 2 Kiwi’s

  • A handful of spinach

  • A handful of blueberries

  • About 4-5 pineapple chunks

  • 2 dates ( optional but gives it some more sweetness)

  • Water or Coconut Water (moderation)


Blend it.


Put in your cutest bowl or your cup.


Top it with a few kiwi slices and sprinkle your favorite nuts on top!


Boom. Cramps should be outta here. If you need extra strength, simply add more pineapples.
