Reset your rhythms and Reclaim your body’s wisdom

This is a space to help you bring balance to your mind, body and spirit.
It’s a place to rest, self-discover and soften.

A sanctuary to curate intentional daily rituals that you can take with you wherever you are or call home.

This is your invitation to finally rest and nurture your nervous system, without shame, without pressure, and without explanation.

Through breathwork meditation, restorative yoga, and an ayurvedic approach to nourishment and soul-centered connection, we’ll return to the root of what your body has been asking of you.

ABOUT THE Experience

WHo IS this retreat for?

... the woman who’s been holding everything together while her body quietly falls apart.

The one who’s wired but exhausted, bloated, skipping meals, aching for peace, but running on fumes.

You're trying to pray, to journal, to stretch, to care for yourself... but nothing seems to stick.

Not because you're undisciplined.
But because you're depleted. You're nervous system is typically in a wreck.

You’ve been saying “I just need a break,” but haven’t given yourself one.

This is for the woman who is:

  • Carrying the weight of chronic fatigue, gut issues, inflammation, or anxiety

  • In a place of burnout, emotionally drained, spiritually dry, and physically in discomfort.

  • Struggling with sleep, digestion, low energy, or hormonal imbalance

  • Trying to keep up with life, but your body keeps whispering: “slow down”

  • Ready to step away from overstimulation, hustle, and shame

  • Searching for healing that honors both science and spirit

  • Curious about Ayurveda, yoga, or ancestral practices but unsure where to begin

  • Longing to rewrite your spiritual path outside of white Christian norms

  • Desiring softness, sisterhood, sacred conversation, and nervous system repair

You don’t need to be good at yoga, pilates or anything.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to come and be open to leaving more whole.
